How to Request an Order Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order.
Required Information
Please provide:

- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Cancellation request details
Submitting complete information helps us review your request as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Approval
If your order has not yet entered processing, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.
If the cancellation is approved:
- The order will be canceled.
- No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Any eligible payment already collected will be refunded.
If the order has already entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Unfortunately, cancellation requests cannot be approved when:
- The order has already been shipped.
- A shipping label has been generated and assigned.
- The package has been transferred to a shipping carrier.
- Fulfillment activities have already been completed.
In these situations, customers may be eligible to use the return process described in our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.

Customers may request changes to an order after it has been placed.

Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately.
Address changes may be accepted if the order has not yet entered shipment preparation.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes are generally no longer possible.
Cokhach is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate information provided during checkout.
Product Changes

Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place multiple orders, please contact us immediately.
We will review the order status and make reasonable efforts to cancel duplicate orders that have not yet entered processing.
